We want you to feel comfortable trying TemboList. Here's exactly how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.
7-day free trial
Every new dealer account starts with a 7-day free trial. Your card is collected at signup but is not charged until day 8. Cancel any time before day 8 and you will not be billed.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time in one of two ways:
- Open Settings → Manage billing on Stripe inside TemboList and click "Cancel subscription."
- Email tembolist@gmail.com and we will cancel for you.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to TemboList until that date.
Refund policy
Because TemboList is a low-cost monthly service with a generous free trial, monthly payments are non-refundable once charged. We do not prorate or refund partial months. The trial exists so you can confirm the product fits your dealership before any money changes hands.
Exceptions. We will issue a refund in good faith if:
- A genuine billing error occurred (e.g., you were double-charged, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or charged after a documented service outage of more than 24 hours).
- You contact us within 14 days of the charge to dispute it.
Failed payments
If a renewal charge fails, Stripe will retry up to four times over approximately one week. During this period your account moves to "past due" status and you may temporarily lose access to listing generation. Update your payment method via the Stripe billing portal to restore access.
Account deletion vs. cancellation
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but keeps your data so you can resubscribe later. If you want your account and all associated vehicle data permanently deleted, email tembolist@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account" — we will delete your data within 30 days.
